TRAVEL TRAILER DESCRIPTION
GORGEOUS ELEGANT TRAVEL TRAILER WITH TRIPLE BUNKS AND VERY POWERFUL SOLAR POWER SYSTEM WITH INVERTER. This is the best quality and craftsmanship trailer for families that appreciate well built RVs with real wood. Ideal for families with children or young teenagers since the bunks at the back are narrow. You are welcome to use all the amenities the trailer has without limits, yes, this includes the full length awning
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
· Front sofa (Murphy bed) that becomes an RV queen bed (upgraded mattress)
· Large U-shape dinette also becomes another double bed
· Rear area with three bunks measuring approx 28"W x 72"L, ideal for children or small adults
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW IN ORDER TO BOOK YOUR CAMPSITE
· Total length from rear to hitch is 26-1/2’
· Total width with slide outs extended at both sides to include the awning 16’
· This trailer has one AC units, if you will be using a lot electricity devices with high draw, you MUST have a 30 amp site
· All services (water, sewer and electricity) are located at the driver side
· Total GVWR is over 6,500.0 lbs., therefore we can’t deliver to unleveled or places which access has a moderate to steep grade, narrow roads or tight turns as we will not be able to safely go through.
SERVICES AND ITEMS PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST:
• Kitchen comes equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot, silverware, dishware, drinking cups, and coffee mugs.
• Cleaning supplies that will assist on keeping the trailer clean and have what is necessary to return it to us as clean as provided at the end of your reservation. This includes dish washing soap, broom, dustpan, trash bags, trash cans, dish scrubbing sponge.
• Outdoor rug, outdoor table and 2 camping chairs (ask for availability)
• Restroom hand towel and kitchen hand towel
IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG -NO CATS OR OTHER TYPE OF ANIMALS ALLOWED-:
• Dogs should never be allowed to climb on mattresses, sofas, upholstered surfaces or any other areas that could get damaged by their nails or for the hair to stay behind or for odor to stay embedded in any fabric
• It should never be left inside unsupervised regardless if it is inside a cage for safety reasons or possible damages or urination inside the trailer
• Although we have a mandatory deep cleaning fee to ensure all hair and odor is removed by using blowers, vacuums, etc. you must clean the interior to remove all excess hair, flies or dirt.
SERVICES OFFERED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST:
• Prep Fee: This is a mandatory charge that includes for us to wash the entire exterior, awnings, clean exterior windows, remove sand or dirt from the outside (up to a reasonable amount, any excess will be charged separately), clean exterior compartments, wash septic tanks plumbing compartment, interior sanitation (disinfect counters, handles, restroom and flooring). Training, two inspections and documentation printing and signing.
• Septic tanks sanitation: at the end of your reservation when you bring back the trailer or we pick it up from your location, we will dump the black tank waste (sewer from toilet) and the gray tank(s) (sewer coming from sinks and shower), refill tanks several times to the top until the discharge comes out “clean”, apply sewer septic tank pod unto black tank.
• Propane refill: We will refill up to 5.0 gallons of propane -no credit for unused portion-. Propane will be needed in order to use the stove, oven (if applicable), water heater, furnace and at times also the refrigerator.
• DELIVERY, SET UP AND PICK UP TO ALL THOSE CAMPGROUNDS WERE WE ARE GRANTED ACCESS: Please read your particular campground’s rules to learn which vendors have authorized access through a concession (specifically State Beaches or Regional Parks). For those campgrounds where we are not yet an authorized vendor, we can bring the trailer near the location for your convenience; after we do the required walk through inspection, training session, and forms signing, we will assist in transferring the trailer to your qualified towing large truck so that you can transport it from that point to your site. Please be advised that you must be skilled and experienced with towing, our trailers are not available for inexperienced drivers. We will meet you at the same exchange location at the end of your reservation and tow away the trailer back to our storage facility. At any other location were vendors are given access without a concession or government permit, we will deliver the trailer, set it up, level it, connect all available services provided by your campsite or location, extend the slide out(s), set up the kitchen gear, lay the outdoor rug, turn on the water heater, verify that all appliances and systems are working correctly with your specific location available electricity and water pressure. At the end of your reservation we will shut off all the systems, disconnect the trailer, close the slide out(s) and awning -when applicable-, put away all the accessories, and remove the trailer from the location. Let us deal with the traffic, liability, and heavy work involved throughout this entire process vs you having to do it all.
• Linens, blankets or sleeping bags, pillows and towels for shower use only: The cost per person will help us carry the expense and labor to do the laundry and time to do so instead of you having to do it as well as replace them when they are no longer in the greatest shape. Our linens and towels are high quality and all of it is highly sanitized to maximize hygiene. Please keep in mind that you will be charged to replace them if you stain them, use them to mop the floor or anything else that will make them unusable in the same like new condition.
• Interior cleaning fee (Hourly rate): We understand that sometimes our customers will prefer to have our cleaning crew clean the interior or touch up cleaning instead of them having to do so as required. This service is provided by a third-party company. Please be advised that they charge a minimum of one hour at the rate of $65.00 per hour plus cleaning supplies needed.
• Additional desert camping cleaning fee: When camping at the desert, the recreational vehicle will accumulate a ton of sand in its entirety which will require to invest a great deal of time to remove. This process will include using blowers in/out, heavy dusting, vacuuming and filters replacement as needed. This fee will assist us on doing all this extra work for your convenience. DELIVERY AND PICK UP RATE:
$4.50 per mile

This per mile rate is calculated on the motorhome gas consumption to drive it to your location and back to our facility at end of reservation, as well as the gas expense for our second driver's vehicle to pick up driver after dropping off RV to your location and drive back, as well as drive there to take the driver to pick up the motorhome and drive back. Plus the fee or commission that will be deducted from us (this way the money we receive is the one needed to cover our gas expense)
PROMOTIONS :
1. Any reservation for which we are the ones delivering and picking up and the RV will not be towed by the customer will have a lower Damages Security Deposit in the amount of $500.00 All other reservation will have the required $1,500.00 or higher for longer trips of extreme party events.
2. We will waive the septic tanks cleaning fee for all those reservations in which we deliver and set up (minimum 2 nights reservation).

3. $10.00 OFF per night for any reservation that has a minimum of five (5) nights booking
4. $50.00 OFF from the delivery fee for any reservations that has a minimum of 7 nights
5. $100.00 OFF from any delivery fee on reservations that have a minimum of 15 nights booking.
6. $300.00 OFF on any 30 nights reservation booking
7. $200.00 OFF when you reserve two recreational vehicles for the same dates which has a minimum of 10 days booking.
